Being able to save individual material costs as well as complete tasks helps speed up quoting or creating comparison quotes. The variety of reports helps us manage projects once started. From issuing item details to our teams so that they can see the quantities and time allowed, to producing collated material lists to approach suppliers for better deals. All are easy to hand and save time. Sam has always been helpful with any queries I’ve had, from initial instillation and learning the system, to the odd technical query that arises. I think I have been using Liberate for some 10 years and whilst it maybe corny to say it, but I don’t know how I managed without it.
The software even for a 60+ year old is quick and flexible to use and enables me to stay on top of a changing market, especially with prices changing so quickly. After 30 years of trading we are about to complete our vetting to join BALI. The information that Liberate generates in terms of time allowed, materials to order and of course the professional nature of the quote that the system generates is readily transformed into a statement for the client. The documentation will form the backbone of much of the Quality Control systems that BALI rightly expect a prestigious and professional design and build company to have in place.
